Haseen Dilruba: And here Bollywood comes with a murder mystery with a pinch of love or we can say a romantic thriller-

Haseen Dilruba starring wonderful trio of actor Tapsee Panu who played the lead role of wife and a lover name Rani, Vikrant Massey the husband “Rishabh” and Harshvardhan Rane the lover and cousin brother of Rishabh “Neil Tripathi”.

This movie focuses that how rani the wife is going under investigation to be the main suspect of her husband’s murder.

The movie starts when rani’s husband died in a home explosion and only his hand was left who has a tattoo named rani from which police identify the body and she is the only witness that his husband was home at the time of the blast. Abhijeet Singh from CID is playing the role of a police inspector and investing rani’s husband Rishabh’s murder case and he thinks she is the murderer of a husband who kills him with the help of his lover Neil Tripathi (Harshvardhan Rane)

Rani was a middle-class family girl who has done Hindi honors and loves to read murder mystery books of Dinesh Pandit and on the other hand, Rishabh has done engineering. Rani wants to marry someone more handsome and muscular but because of her past broken relationship she decided to settle down with Rishabh in an arranged marriage but she was not happy with it but on the other hand, Rishabh was in love with Rani.

With is ongoing unhappy marriage of Rani and Rishabh here comes Rishabh’s cousin Neil who is muscular, more handsome than Rishabh which attracted Rani and this makes her fall for him and their affair started.

Now, what do you think would have happened, who murdered the husband?

The movie has twists and turns that will make you not lose interest and watch it till the end.

Vinil Mathew directed the film, which was scripted by Kanika Dhillon.

This movie is unique, fresh, and has a very different storyline with a lot of plot (lope) holes. It’s not a must-watch movie if you like the cast and love murder mystery then you can watch it. Although it’s a one-time watch movie.

The best part about the movie is that how the writer and director put the comedy tadka in a suspense thriller movie.

If we talk about the acting all three actors nailed their roles remarkably and this trio was amazing. Harshvardhan was best suited for the role who seduce Tapsee Panu’s character. And Tapsee Panu, she has always nailed her roles and she also played this role pretty well but the main star of the film was Vikrant Massey, he was the mainstay of the film.

Some characters and situations in the movies were relatable with other Bollywood movies or we can have been recycled like no love in marriage, entry of another lover, snooping mother-in-law but they still turn and take the movie a step away from getting flop.

Hassen Dilruba is quite well written and pretty well-directed but it can get much better.

If you want to enjoy the movie don’t find logic in it, you will lose interest and maybe find it boring.
