As you can see from the pictograph, there are six earbuds with a total value of 30 points. This means that each earbud is worth 5 points. In the next row, two people and two earbuds are added to get a total of 20. This means that each person is worth 5 points as well. In the third row, four watches and one person add up to 13. Since the person is valued at 5, the value of four watches must be 8 and thus the value of one watch is 2 points.
The final row shows the person wearing a watch with two earbuds plugged into his ears. The value of the earbuds is 10, the watch is 2, and the person is 5. So the total value of the person is 17. You can use the BODMAS rule to get the correct answer.
